We understand that circumstances change. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled at no additional charge, subject to availability.
For multi-session packages, refunds for unused sessions will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. A 10% administrative fee may apply to refund requests made after the programme has commenced.
Corporate training engagements require a minimum of 14 days' notice for cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled dates within 90 days.
