Colin Gunthrope
Executive Performance Architect
Colin Gunthrope is an institutional-transformation architect who helps governments, organizations, and leaders across the Caribbean rebuild from the foundation up. He designs the systems and leadership culture that transformation actually requires — he architects, he does not merely deliver workshops.
His authority comes from a rare convergence. Over thirty years as a counsellor and coach taught him what actually heals a human being. Twenty-two years as a pastor and theologian — with a Bachelor of Theology from Toronto Baptist Seminary — taught him the human spirit and the conviction that transformation is always possible. More than two decades as a certified personal trainer taught him that the body is a partner to be honored, not a machine to be conquered. He is also a student of Polyvagal Theory and interpersonal neurobiology and a master practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
He is the author of The Covenant Code: Ten Non-Negotiable Vows for an Unbreakable Life, a book that distils three decades of transformation work into ten covenants that leaders can build a life upon.
Born in Antigua and Barbuda, Colin has called the British Virgin Islands home since 2003. Every framework he teaches has been forged in the fire of real leadership, real loss, and real rebuilding.
