Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Unlimited Potential ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Colin A. Gunthrope, Executive Performance Architect, based in the British Virgin Islands. By engaging our services or making a payment through this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Offered

Unlimited Potential provides executive performance architecture, leadership development programmes, corporate training, keynote speaking, and individual coaching services. All services are delivered by Colin A. Gunthrope or approved associates under his direct supervision.

3. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted and charged in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated in writing. Payment is required in advance of service delivery unless a corporate invoicing arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and ATH Móvil. All card payments are processed securely through Powertranz, our authorised payment gateway, via Republic Bank (BVI) Limited.

4. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an executed service agreement (for institutional clients). We will provide written confirmation via email within 48 hours of receiving payment. Scheduling is subject to availability.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Our full refund and cancellation policy is available on our Refund & Cancellation Policy page. In summary: cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows forfeit the full fee.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, tools, and content provided during our programmes — including but not limited to the Covenant Leadership methodology, the Engine Room framework, and the Downstream Default Diagnostic — are the intellectual property of Colin A. Gunthrope and Unlimited Potential. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit these materials without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information shared during coaching and consulting engagements as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your written consent, except where required by law. Clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary methodologies shared during engagements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are advisory and educational in nature. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Unlimited Potential shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in the British Virgin Islands. These terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
